X Mobile Notary provides mobile notary and loan signing services in the San Mateo and San Francisco Bay Area. Clients opt in to receive SMS text messages when they request services through one of three methods:

  1. Direct Phone Call: Clients calling my business number to request services are asked verbally to confirm consent to receive text confirmations, reminders, and updates related to their appointment.

  2. Online Booking Form: Clients scheduling an appointment through the booking feature on my website (www.xmobilenotary.com) provide their phone number and check a required consent box acknowledging they agree to receive SMS text communications.

  3. Website Contact Page: Clients submitting inquiries via my Contact Page provide their phone number and agree to receive SMS responses and updates regarding their request.

Messages are limited to appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, and relevant service notifications. Clients can opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Messages may be frequent during time of service for information and communication regarding your services.  A Google Review request will also be sent out and from there on, SMS communications will be limited or none at all. Do you offer Remote Online Notary Services in California?

We do not provide Remote Online Notary Services (RON) in CA at this time. In 2024 Legislature passed to allow RON in CA. The Secretary of State halted that decision saying that it will take time to get set up and training and everything implemented for the SOS to be ready for RON signings. The SOS said that it will be at least 2030 before they are ready to allow it in CA.
